Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Karissa Guthrie

Dr. Karissa Guthrie was born and raised in Pierre, South Dakota. She attended Northern Michigan University for four years on a golf scholarship while she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Guthrie obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University located in Downers Grove, IL. While at Midwestern University, she was awarded an Excellence in Patient Care award. Dr. Guthrie is dedicated to providing comprehensive dentistry to all patients to meet their oral health goals in a kind, gentle, and enthusiastic manner. She enjoys general dentistry because she can treat and build relationships with the entire family. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Guthrie’s hobbies include playing a variety of sports, traveling, and spending time out on a golf course with her fiancé, Owen, or exploring the area with their dog, Kota. Dr. Guthrie is excited to get to know and provide exceptional dental care to the community of Salisbury.
